A Little About Us

Our approach is simple:
Let's build a long-term, trusting relationship
I'll educate you and make recommendations based on my clinical expertise, and YOU make the decisions. I believe in talking about injectables and facial aging holistically — skincare, lifestyle, and injectables working together. We'll educate you and make recommendations based on my clinical expertise, and YOU make the decisions. we believe in talking about injectables and facial aging holistically — skincare, lifestyle, and injectables working together.I'm not here to sell you more.

I'm not here to sell you more. I'm here to help you look like the best version of yourself. Sometimes that means saying "no" to a treatment you think you want, or providing a referral to a surgery or dermatology colleague who is better suited to help you achieve your goals.I'm here to help you look like the best version of yourself. Get to Know Erin

Over the past 12 years, I've built rēVive Medical Aesthetics from the ground up with one guiding principle: do exceptional work that I'd be proud to put my name on. I love the balance of science, artistry, and humanity that I get to practice every day in medical aesthetics. This field allows me to combine an evidence-based understanding of anatomy and aging with a creative, individualized approach to natural enhancement.

My goal is to help patients age gracefully, feel confident in their skin, and achieve results that are both subtle and transformative. Today, my practice reflects those same values — an intimate, welcoming space where you know our names, and we know yours. Every patient relationship is personal, and every treatment plan is thoughtfully designed to enhance natural beauty with precision and care.

Amanda

Patient Experience Coordinator
I’ve been part of rēVive for over three years and love being in the aesthetics world, where every day brings the chance to connect with patients and help them feel supported, cared for, and special. Being able to work alongside my aunt, Erin, in a practice that feels like family, makes every day even more meaningful.  At home, I’m married to my husband, Scott, and am a proud stepmom to Lily and Logan.  Between the kids and our three fur babies, life is busy, fun, and full of love.

Brooke

RN Injector and Skin Care Specialist
I’m an Arizona native and registered nurse, currently advancing my education in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Grand Canyon University. After graduating from nursing school, I had the opportunity to work alongside Erin, an experience that shaped my growth and deepened my passion for medical aesthetics. As an aesthetic nurse injector, I’m committed to mastering the latest techniques in injectables and skin rejuvenation, continually expanding my knowledge to provide safe, effective, and naturally beautiful results.
